Our Wellness in Nature Walks are coming back to Flower Mound this spring! Led by members of Dementia Friendly Denton County and Texas Master Naturalists, these guided walks are designed for community members with dementia and their caregivers and focus on stimulating the senses. Once a week for six weeks, take a stroll through one of Flower Mound’s beautiful parks. The walks will be every Thursday at 10 a.m., starting on April 11 and ending on May 16. See below for the location of each walk. When you arrive for each walk, there will be a flag marking the starting location in that park. All Wellness in Nature Walks are free, and registration is requested.
