About this Event
Nervous system and Breathwork coach, Masha Kay, is teaming up with the incredible Studio ITES to curate a transformative Breathwork experience that combines the self-healing power of the breath with the magic of a truly aligned and supportive community.
We will start out with a Wellness Happy Hour (6 -7:30) of mocktails, light bites, connection and intentionally curated holistic wellness experiences designed to prepare you for the Breathwork.
We will not only have a few surprise wellness experiences to enhance the Breathwork practice, but we will also be highlighting a member of the community who is actively doing the inner and outer work to achieve their goals!
The featured member will be sharing with us their business, their products and most importantly their journey. This will be an opportunity to not only truly support a member in our community, but to learn from one another in an intentional and holistic way.
As we finish out our happy hour, we will move to our mats which will have everything we need to for our breathwork experience - a guided practice of journaling, breathing and meditation. Finally, we will close out our evening with a few fun surprises to help you integrate the magic you experienced at the event into your day to day life at home!
REMINDER: Breathwork is not a restful or still practice. It is one that is dynamic and active. It can take us on a journey into forgotten pieces of ourselves. In doing so it open us up to more clarity, release and peace of mind!
