Are you moving through a low season—whether brought on by the winter months, difficult circumstances, or ongoing depression? This group offers a steady, grounded space to receive support and to be with others who understand, without any pressure to perform or pretend.
Each week includes space for sharing, a simple spiritual practice, and an opportunity to set a small intention for wellness in the days ahead. The purpose isn’t to fix anything, but to offer companionship, gentle accountability, and a calm place to be present with others who know what it’s like to navigate low seasons.
