This in-person gathering will take place at Juma Fit. You will learn ways to help prioritize your nutritional well-being as well as important body movement as you enter a new phase in life. Connect with like-minded individuals facing the same changes with a focus on health and vitality. The workshop includes both nutrition information and a mat pilates session.
