Join us to continue your education about wellness and taking positive action regarding your health and self-care. Various local resource providers will be on site to provide information, offer health screenings, and share basic health education. The Expo will also include fitness and dance demonstrations from some of our most popular classes. Our very own Chef Marc Wong will also be leading a Q & A session and sharing healthy recipes.You can reserve a $7 bag lunch by checking the box upon registration. The lunch will be available for takeout at 12:15pm. Payment will be collected on the day of the event. If you require a vegetarian box lunch, please call our office at 510-790-6600 at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
