Wellness Event at 4C Community Centre

This wellness event will be packed full of fantastic key note speakers and activities tailored to you!

You will be able to get involved with (or just watch!) activities from Active Tameside and Age UK such as tai chi and yoga, and listen to our key speakers from Action Together, Be Well Tameside and our specialised nurses and physios. You can also take advantage of a health check whilst you are here!

Refreshments and nibbles will be provided by the wonderful team at Eclectic Avenue café (based in the centre) and all of this is completely FREE!
