Wellness Morning with The Girls Room (Bay Area)
Come join us for a morning filled with wellness activities at Faction Brewing! Yay Area Wellness is hosting an event just for the girlies of The Girls Room, Bay Area. Get ready to relax, recharge, and connect with other like-minded individuals.
We will start of the morning with some light reflections, then Yoga Instructor Tiffany will lead you into a yoga flow followed by an ice bath session. After your ice bath you can change into some dry clothes where we will then have a reflection circle and enjoy some drinks.

Faction Brewing will be open just for the girls this morning, and will then open at 12:30 to the public where we can enjoy food and drinks with everyone. Beer will be available at 10:30am for purchase if you are about that life.
