Somatic Breathwork is conscious, intentional breathing that helps you bypass your thinking mind and connect with the subconscious and body. It’s a tool for nervous system regulation and emotional release. Allowing you to shift out of survival mode and into presence, peace, and empowerment.
🌺 Meet Your Facilitators
Phoebecates Perez is a heart-centered practitioner certified in Somatic Breathwork and Rapid Transformational Therapy, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sound Healing, and a Trauma-informed background. She blends science and spirit to guide others through powerful body-mind-soul transformations, creating safe spaces for deep healing and connection.
Joyce Vogel pours her heart into community. A grounding presence and co-creator behind this movement, she brings intention, care, and soulful support. Together, we’re bringing this vision to life — one breath, one experience at a time.
