About this Event
With each word we speak, we set the intention to manifest our highest truth while aligning vibrational frequencies of our voice with the universe, allowing us to heal and transform.
Guided by meditation, we journey inward, clearing bound tension and accessing the deep well of creativity and wisdom that lies within. As we move through dynamic postures and breathwork, we invoke the divine power of our words as a tool for spiritual growth. In this sacred space, your word becomes your wand, and the universe responds with limitless possibility.
Workshop Highlights:
- A unique blend of Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and sound healing.
- Techniques to build self-awareness, raise your vibration, and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
- Exploration of how energy works and how to consciously shape the frequency you bring into your life and relationships.
What to Bring: a yoga mat and blanket*
*There will be some mats available, but we encourage you to bring your own.

What is "sliding scale" ticketing?
Compound's values include Belonging, Community, Compassion, and Equity, and sliding scale is a form of mutual aid that offers different price options for the same service for guests to select based on their economic needs.
We ask that you consider the price that best suits your needs, and below is a guide to help you decide which ticket to select (borrowed from this resource by Worts and Cunning).
$22: If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.
$27: If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here.
$33 (suggested): If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic breathwork and power in our community. This price is for you, and reflects the true cost of the program.
