Through a deep state of relaxation, you’ll have the chance to uncover lessons, strengths, and insights from past lifetimes that may offer new clarity and direction for your current path.
This is an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and realign with your dreams. By accessing the wisdom of your soul’s journey, you may find inspiration, release old patterns, or rekindle a sense of possibility as you move forward into the year ahead.
We’ll close the session with time for quiet reflection, journaling, and optional sharing, offering a supportive space to integrate your experience and carry its meaning into your life.
No previous experience is required—just an open heart and curiosity about what may unfold.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat and blanket*

- Journal, pen and an open mind.
*There will be some mats available but we encourage you to bring your own.

What is "sliding scale" ticketing?
Compound's values include Belonging, Community, Compassion, and Equity, and sliding scale is a form of mutual aid that offers different price options for the same service for guests to select based on their economic needs.
We ask that you consider the price that best suits your needs, and below is a guide to help you decide which ticket to select (borrowed from this resource by Worts and Cunning).
$22: If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.
$28: If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here.
$35 (suggested): If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic breathwork and power in our community. This price is for you, and reflects the true cost of the program.
Important information:
- Doors open at 7:15pm and the session will begin at 7:30pm. Due to the collective nature of the experience, we cannot allow entry after 7:40pm.
