About this Event
Step away from the busyness of life and give yourself much needed dedicated time for self care. This 6 week course is specifically designed to connect within, shifting your focus to create feelings of peace and upliftment with techniques to carry into your everyday life. Each class incorporates breathwork, foundational yoga poses, guided meditation and positive mindset techniques.
No prior experience necessary.
REQUIRED: Yoga mat, blanket and journal. Eye masks can be worn during the meditation portion but are not required. Chairs will be provided. Please remember to bring required items as there will not be any extra items to provide.
Classes are 75 minutes each.
Cost: $110 total price for all 6 classes (taxes included)
Dates: Saturdays 9:15am - 10:30am (class dates are Feb. 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29)
