��YOU’RE INVITED��Join us for our first ever event at Ringsfield Village Hall as we bring you a day of Wellness and Wonder! Showcasing local spiritual and wellness practitioners and businesses from Suffolk and Norfolk, we are very excited to share what we have in store.
From vendors offering readings, massages, wellbeing and mindfulness, skincare, reiki and more, we are also pleased to announce we will have an entire day of free talks and demonstrations. These are set to include sound baths, meditations, mindfulness, hedgerow foraging & self-healing, with a full itinerary coming in August.
We also have refreshments available, so come spend the day soaking in the best of what the local area has to offer when it comes to wellness, mind and soul.
