About this Event
The Wellness and Recovery workshops are for people who experience poor mental health, to assist them in developing an effective plan to aid their well-being and recovery journey.
We work through a Wellness and Recovery Action Plan which helps attendees to identify their triggers and early warning signs and supports individuals to use healthy coping strategies to their manage daily life. These workshops are peer led and as such we encourage participants to share their experiences.

Please note these workshops are for people struggling with their mental wellbeing who are ready to start their recovery journey. They are not suitable for professionals looking to learn about mental health.
Workshops take place over 6 sessions

6th February, 13:00- 15:00: Session 4: Emotions and Triggers
13th February, 13:00- 15:00: Session 5: Coping Strategies’ and Support Networks
20th February, 13:00-15:00: Session 6: Self- advocacy and Hope
