Grant Nicholson is one of New Zealand’s foremost health and safety lawyers. He regularly advises clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors on legal compliance, governance, leadership, and incident response. Grant has been involved in major disaster cases, including the Whakaari/White Island eruption and the Pike River Coal Mine explosions. He assists construction clients with serious incidents and is currently handling cases related to temporary works, falls from height, contractor management, asbestos, and iso-cyanate paints.
