Wondered what Moto Gymkhana is?Keen to build confidence on your bike and improve your handling skills?
One of the hundred people who have "always been meaning to check it out"? Then this Thursday is your night! Come join us at the Tawa Outlet Mall for an evening of Motogymkhana.
All skill levels are welcome. We've designed beginner course for the summer, that isn't too technical and is a good introduction to the sport. (We've even tested it with a new rider!) And if anyone is struggling, we have a group of well-practiced riders to give you some pointers and help you out. Our only expectation is you're confident to ride on the road. The rest should come with a little bit of Thursday night practice.
If you're not comfortable doing it on your own pride and joy, there are club bikes that can be rented for the night. We just ask for a donation to help us cover rent, fuel and broken levers.
Unfortunately, due to changes in our circumstances this year, we're a little short on cash-flow, and are asking for a gold-coin donation from anyone riding to help keep the lights on.
