We have the Weller Line-up starting with your welcoming teaser of Weller 12 year, just to wet your whistle. Then, Chef John Sanders and Kris Parker will please your taste buds with 5 courses paired with the rest of the bourbon collection:
1) Special Reserve - Bacon wrapped stuffed dates with cashew butter & emmentaler cheese
2) Single Barrel - Greens with roasted butternut squash, parmesan crisp and whiskey-pomegranate vinaigrette
3) Antique 107 - Crispy Striped Bass with whiskey sorrel cream and roasted parsnips
4) CYPB (White Label) - Cold smoked - coffee rubbed Ribeye with mushroom-goat cheese risotto
5) Full Proof (Blue Label) - Turtle fudge brownie with whiskey ice cream, whiskey caramel & toasted pecans
