Wellbeing Workshop for Counsellors
Date: 15/09/25
Time: 18:30 - 20:30
Location: Slater Street
Theme and Material: Explore States of Mind using Ink and Paper
Hey there, fellow counsellors! We invite you to join us for a guided Wellbeing Workshop designed for all qualified and trainee counsellors.
In a safe, welcoming and nurturing space, we explore what it's like being a counsellor: the emotional landscape, the challenges, the unseen moments. This is your chance to tell your story in a creative way.
The workshop on the 15th of September is centred around states of mind:
- What emotions, thoughts and motivations dominated your state of mind over the last week or so?
- How were they reflected in your personal life and client work?
- Did you have the time to stop, reflect and process?
This workshop will give you the opportunity to explore and express different aspects of your experience, using ink and paper.
Come and join us to reflect, create and relax together, nurturing our minds and bodies.
This series of wellbeing workshops, taking place every six weeks, is designed to explore themes of our personal and professional lives through working creatively with various mediums, such as paint, fabrics, clay, and things found in nature. This not only provides us with the space to express ourselves, but also with an opportunity to reflect on how to incorporate creativity into our client work.
No artistic experience or skill is needed - just bring curiosity and courage to engage in creative exploration. The workshops are guided, but shaped by you.
All materials will be provided by us, unless otherwise specified beforehand. Hot/cold drinks and snacks will also be available.
There is no set fee for these workshops, however, we do ask for donations to support our work at the Liverpool Counselling Collective.
Please email us at [email protected] for more information on this or any of our other events.
