Join Anne and Julia for a soul-nourishing weekend surrounded by trees, trails, and tranquility. From mindful movement to scenic hikes and wholesome meals, this is your chance to pause and breathe again—deeply.
Friday from 4pm to Sunday 2pm at Gradbach Mill & Farmhouse (this is beautiful 4 star accommodation) Single person room – £430 Double Sharing – £390 per person
Gradbach Mill is set among some of the Peak District’s most amazing scenery and the beautiful rural location, will ensure you can experience a peaceful and nature focused experience. We have sole use of the Mill for the whole weekend and can enjoy the beautiful expansive outdoor space.
Weekend Flow:
Friday – Arrive & Unwind Arrival from 4pm Forest bathing/stretch out and welcome hike (weather-dependent)
-Nourishing dinner at 7pm
-Welcome meeting to discuss the weekend and schedule
Saturday – Grounded in Nature
-Pre- breakfast stretch: yoga or Pilates
-Wholesome breakfast
-All-day hike – walking around the Roaches and visiting the famous Lud’s Church. The hike will be around 12-14 km (depending on the weather). The Roaches is an impressive gritstone edge and we should experience amazing views into Staffordshire and Cheshire. The famous Lud’s church is a deep moss covered chasm and is only a short hike from Gradbach mill.
-Evening restorative yoga (bring your pillows!) Unwind with gentle, supported poses Perfect for tired legs and peaceful sleep
-Nourishing dinner at 7pm
Sunday
-Pre breakfast stretch: yoga or Pilates
-Wholesome Breakfast
-Gentle hike until 2pm A circular walk to Three Shire head (the junction of Derbyshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire)
Depart feeling calm, centred and connected.
All levels welcome you don’t need to be a yogi or seasoned hiker—just come with an open heart and a love of fresh air.
Included – 4 Star Accommodation, All Food, Pilates/Yoga and Hikes

The location of the Mill – it is next to the River Dane and sits in the western edge of the Peak District National Park. The nearest town is Buxton or Leek. There is no public transport to the Mill and the nearest train station is Buxton or Macclesfield.
