A gentle guided walk up Station Road (steep) onto the Tarka Trail to Higher Slade Reservoirs, with pauses for Combe Rail exhibits.Participants can use the toilet at The Lantern and fill water bottles before we leave, and we aim to return to the Lantern before 12.30pm for a complimentary bread and soup lunch.
This is generally a flat walk but can be muddy. There are several steep steps leading to the reservoir area where we will be stopping for a break.
Please note: Walking is at your own risk. Be mindful of your abilities and make safe choices. We’re not able to provide one-to-one support, so please ensure you can take part independently.
