All welcome to this comfort-level walk around the stunning Lily Hill Park, enjoying the colours of the Autumn leaves. We'll start with an easy, short meditation to fully arrive and settle busy minds before a relaxed walk around the park. We'll regroup at the end finishing with another short meditation to acknowledge our wonderful time together before heading off for the rest of the day.
There is also the option to hang around after for more socialising, maybe at the longest picnic bench, which might be drier than the grass!
Please bring water and snack/s for the walk.
Open to all, children and those under 18yrs must be accompanied. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome. Please get in touch if you have any questions including any accessibility concerns.
