During the day, we will immerse ourselves in the ‘green therapy’ of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, where we’ll look at different ways to engage with our natural environment, take part in some Sense Walking and explore how the outdoors has inspired some of our greatest artists and writers, and how it can inspire us through poetry and artwork.
From the layers of human history to the geology of the rocks, we will also explore the natural environment to enhance your experience.
