A series of wellbeing workshops focused on connecting with nature and exploring creativity through natural materials and seasonal themes. Held once a month in a beautiful woodland area in Bristol, the sessions will be led by a qualified forest therapy guide and will include activities such as nature walks, creative flow techniques, and relaxation. The workshops are designed to promote mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness.
