Wellbeing Friends with Suffolk Libraries

Working in collaboration Wellbeing Suffolk and Suffolk Libraries are running a special Face 2 Face Friends session at Sudbury Library. You will become a Wellbeing Friend and learn all about the support on offer at Suffolk Libraries for your Health and Wellbeing.

Becoming a Friend of Wellbeing gives you the knowledge to recognise when someone is struggling and point them in the right direction. The session is free.
