10.30 Classic Yoga with adjustment run by Kasia and Ewa. Join us for over 1 hour yoga practice exploring foundational yoga postures designed to improve flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Experience the transformative power of classic yoga with personalized adjustments.
12.00 Kids Yoga with fun designed for small yogis with Zumba elements. Your treasures will learn valuable life skills such as self-regulation, stress management, and empathy through imaginative storytelling, songs and games run by Ewa and Kasia.
13.30 Lunch time! You can bring your own lunch or buy healthy vegetarian food, nutritious snacks and drinks . Tea and coffee included in the price
14.30 Creative movement for kids uses dance, yoga, breath, and creativity to fully open up their imagination. Giving a space to fully explore, create fun and joyful ways to express and understand themselves through music, movement, creativity and mindfulness. Supporting emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. Run by Rosy.
15.30 Facial Yoga with Ewa I feel so good! A signature facial rejuvenation method regarded as a light alternative to Botox. Simply comprehensive solution to address signs of aging while focusing on practising the facial muscles and the muscles that support them. The aim of the session is to leave you feeling relaxed with glowing skin and a smile on your face.
16.30 Lottery time! Win relaxing massage or holistic product?
17.00 Chakra dancing with Rose. This session is a heart centred dance practice to support mind, body and spirit freeing oneself up to connect, express, honour oneself creating space for freedom and self-awareness. If you love great music, moving your body and having fun then join us for this beautiful 1 hour workshop. Theme being Connection.
18.00 Sound bathing with crystal bowls with Kasia. The benefits of crystal healing are diverse and include deep relaxation, energetic cleansing, emotional balance, and stimulation of physical and mental health.
