Throughout the day we focus on mediation, mindfulness, relaxation and healing through oracle card pulling, an energy focused workshop, a craft session and finish the day with a beautiful sound bath.
To allow you to completely relax, the day is fully catered, including tea and coffee breaks and a 2-course lunch, and a lovely slice of cake to ground us after the sound bath!
