Job seeking can be stressful and overwhelming — but you don’t have to go through it alone. This interactive workshop explores how the job search impacts well-being and mental health, and offers practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and stay balanced during the process. Together we will share experiences, exchange strategies, and strengthen our confidence.
Location
The workshop will be held at Sello Library in the Akseli hall located on the 2nd floor of the library.
Who is the event for?
This event if for anyone who is on parental leave, outside the labor market and looking for work, students, or in part time work. This event is held in ENGLISH, thus participants should be able to understand and communicate in English.

Hi! My name is Hope and I am a licensed social worker (sosionomi) and have been struggling to find work, on-and-off for the last 4 years.
I am passionate about community action and spreading awareness about the impacts of immigration and unemployment on mental health and well-being.
