An Immersive Day for the High-Performing Female Athlete

This conference is designed as a powerful, immersive day focused entirely on building the mental game and long-term resilience of high-performing young women. We shift the focus from physical training to the psychological and emotional tools necessary to excel under pressure and maintain confidence throughout a demanding athletic career.



The Core Focus: Building Resilience and Confidence

This conference is built on actionable, research-backed tools, delivering less theory and more doing. Participants will engage in playful strengths based break out sessions designed to foster mental toughness and self-belief, setting them up for a powerful year ahead.


The Mental Game:

What is it? A powerful, immersive day focused on building your mental game and long-term resilience with a focus on:

  • Positive Self-Talk: Practical CBT tools to overcome self-doubt.
  • Competition Clarity: Techniques to slow down and reset under pressure.
  • Body Confidence: Stepping into your power and owning your physical strength.

Our core focus is giving them actionable ways to build resilience and confidence that is relevant for their holistic lives, from sport, school and their social groups.

Beyond the skills and mindset shift, every participant will receive tangible resources and networking opportunities:

  • Journal: A comprehensive, 70-page journal to solidify learnings, track progress, and serve as an ongoing resource with research-based strategies to reset at anytime.
