Who:Anyone who has completed the Level 1 Buddy workshop and works within the construction industry or supporting services who have frequent contact with the industry (e.g., all trades, specialist services, suppliers, rep/trade merchants, manufacturers, consultants, building inspectors etc.)
Content:
The Level 2 Buddy workshop takes those mental health support skills to the next level. Gain tools to respond to crises, help colleagues with negative attitudes, address substance abuse, foster a positive mental health culture, and enhance communication for a healthier workplace.
• 3 hours per workshop
• Workbook and pocket guide provided for each attendee
• Buddy workshops available: Level 1, 2, and 3 (generally delivered 6-months apart).
Please note that if we do not reach the numbers required for this workshop to go ahead, your ticket will be deferred to a future workshop. Look out for a confirmation email 48 hours prior to the planned workshop date.
