Life involves many different types of loss, something we are all likely to experience at some stage in our lives.
About this Event

The emotions that come with this, such as grief, can vary greatly from individual to individual, and at times, can adversely affect our health and wellbeing. Over three sessions, the course will explore the impact of loss, as well as some tools and strategies for coping.

This is a FREE three session course, open to anyone aged 18 or over with a GP practice in Eden or Keswick and Solway.

Session dates: 26th February, 5th March and 12th March

Times and location are the same for all sessions.

Please book one ticket per person as this will cover all three sessions.

We advise you attend all three sessions to get the most out of the course. However if there is a week you need to miss, please just let us know so that we can ensure you still get the information from that session.
