Saturday August 17th 10am - 6pm. Our first retreat day at Staythorpe in Newark.
This is at a beautiful modern farm house with a Japanese zen garden, solar powered hot tub, purpose made studio and plenty of outdoors space and rolling countryside. Weather permitting we aim to do as much outdoors as possible - yoga and soundbath in the gardens
We have a huge kitchen with bi-fold doors and patio area for our refreshments and lunch. This is a well planned out day packed full of activities but also plenty of down time to take some mindful walks, use hot tub and relax in general.
We have 4 places available as 4 already taken.
Deposit of £40 to confirm place and final payment on 1st August.
Early bird price of £85 valid until 10th July. Then is £99.

Emily is a lovely soul who is a fantastic yoga teacher and life coach whose home is also the venue, so the house and gardens have a lot of love and good energy
Alex is an empathic therapist whose soundbaths around Nottinghamshire regularly sell out. She also hosts chakra dances and raves at various well know festivals throughout the summer. You may also remember her as the founder and chef of Shakers Dairy Free vegan diner in Colchester, Essex!
