We’re very excited to announce that we’ll be hosting another Well-Paired event, this time with the amazingly talented chefs from Tender Cow.
The Tender Cow menu has already gained a strong following amongst the people of Altrincham, so just imagine their passion poured into a 3-course meal; sounds truly incredible to us! And as always, we’ve got some delicious wines to pair with the scrumptious 3 course meal.
What's on the menu?
Starter: Celeriac 3 ways; roasted, purée and pickled, with hazelnuts.
Main: Braised beef (feather blade or shin), proper buttery mash and red cabbage.
Dessert: Cherry and pistachio Florentines, hazelnut liqueur dipping chocolate.
