The Wild Hubs ‘Well-Being Hour.this session is kindly being run by Shine Bright, Sue will be running a Drumming Circle, this is open to everyone.
Drumming circles, a timeless tradition rooted in various cultures around the world, offer more than just a rhythmic experience. Beyond the beats and melodies, engaging in a drumming circle brings physical, mental, and social benefits that contribute to overall well-being.
Sound is a fundamental part of survival for every species because our brains are wired to immediately shift in response to sound that will positively impact your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Leaving you clear , balanced and relaxed .
This session will be held at Walpole community Centre Summer Close Walpole St. Andrew, Wisbech PE14 7JW
