We are excited to bring you our first in our series of Well-being Days based at Fresh Kitchen HQ.Our first class will comprise of:
Fermentation class, learn how to make your own Cucumber kimchi, salsa and kraut under the expert guidance of guest chef Amy Levin.
Low carb lunch and education session with low carb and diabetic reversal expert Natasha Beatty. Then we will relax and enjoy a fresh and tasty 2 course lunch together.
Finally we will round off the day with a relaxing sound bath from Julie Streeter in the garden. We will immerse ourselves in nature to deeply relax and round off an amazing day.
What to bring:
A blanket
Pillow, maybe something for your knees too
Eye mask
Comfortable clothes
Mat or something to lie on
3x jars holding 500ml minimum to take home your fermentations.
