Coconut Medianoche (2022)

The 2022 vintage of our much-beloved "CocoNoche" starts as a carefully selected blend of Medianoche batches aged for 21-24 months in freshly emptied 7-8 year-old Blanton's bourbon barrels. After barrel aging, the beer was conditioned on more than 800 lbs of toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips, with the sweet coconut providing a perfect complement to the notes of crème brûlée, espresso brownie batter and cinnamon sugar donuts expressed by the barrels.

WHH Medianoche

For the 8th Edition of William Heavenhill, an extremely rare small batch bourbon released in 2020, Heaven Hill Distillery selected casks exclusively from the 4th floor of Warehouse AA, which were filled in October 2006 and aged for 13 years before packaging. After resting for 21 months in these highly coveted casks, the resulting WHH Medianoche blend expresses notes of salted caramel chocolate fudge, honey roasted peanuts, and cinnamon date sticky buns with vanilla icing.

Both bottles will be available exclusively through Eventbrite. Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at the brewery between Monday, February 21 and Sunday, March 30 during taproom hours. Our current taproom hours can be found here:.

If you are unable to pick up bottles during the pickup window, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY TICKETS! We will be holding very strictly to this window, so please mark your calendars appropriately. Tickets will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM MST on Saturday, February 12th. Be sure to read all of the details below before purchasing tickets!

Ticket Details

• Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, as verified by a valid photo ID at the time of ticket exchange (bottle pickup).
• Proxies picking up orders for others are allowed for this release and must be 21 or older. Proxies DO NOT NEED to be listed or named in advance, but they must present the original purchaser's Eventbrite tickets (printed or digital) when picking up orders. There is a strict limit of 5 proxy pickups per person (their own order excluded).
• Each ticket entitles the patron to redeem (1) one 500 mL bottle of the bottle listed on the ticket. There is a strict limit of (3) three bottles of 2022 Coconut Medianoche and (2) two bottles of WHH Medianoche. One ticket = one bottle redemption, so a full allocation requires the redemption of (5) five tickets. Additional orders placed that exceed the stated limits will be canceled without notice.
• Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at WeldWerks Brewing Co. (508 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631) between Monday, February 21 and Sunday, March 20 during taproom hours. Tickets (either digital or printed) must be presented in person in order to receive bottles.
• All unclaimed bottles remaining after the pickup window will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO PICKUPS ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE STATED WINDOW. Orders for unclaimed bottles will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.
• All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Individuals who attempt to violate these policies may be ineligible for future bottle purchases, so please do not waste our time and yours by trying to circumvent these rules.
