The day will begin with an inspiring guided meditation in the woodland around the fire and end with a cosy Sound bath in the Meditation room. On this Nurture Day we will look at how to keep the light shining on even the darkest of days, and prepare ourselves for cosy times ahead. We can ponder these questions while we mindfully craft a winter arrangement.
