Hello Beautiful Bright Beings!
YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20th at Vali Soul Sanctuary, for a Winter Solstice Celebration of the returning of light (pun intended for multidimensional truths), Sagittarius birthdays (mine included), and of course, a little discussion on 3I Atlas as it comes the closest to Earth. haha ;)
Additionally, we will relax into a deeply immersive sound healing journey, followed by music and community fellowship. Stay for a birthday potluck of goodies and herbal tea refreshments. You are invited to please bring a tasty something, preferably organic, to share!
*** Please note that our Winter Solstice Sound Healing gathering will start earlier than usual (6:00PM-8:00PM) to accommodate for our joyful festivities after our sound healing journey. Please plan to stay, per usual, for the duration of Winter Solstice event. Potluck and fellowship are optional afterward (8:00PM +).
Like our ancestors have done from the beginning of time, we acknowledge the cycles and the seasons that remind us of the ever-changing flow of life that we are a part of ~ the unseen web of Life that connects us all and gives life even more meaning.
At the time of the Winter Solstice, days will begin to lengthen, symbolizing the rebirth of light and the promise of renewal. We are called into deep introspection to embrace, heal, and release the darkness (shadow / baggage) within, set intentions for growth on any and all levels (individually and collectively), and trust in the transformative power of this sacred time.
We are also celebrating LIFE, YOU, Me (my birthday and all Sag birthdays), the merry season, the end of the year, and the possibilities of the year ahead!
The Winter Solstice officially occurs at 8:03AM MST on Sunday, December 21, 2025. We will reflect on the energies of now, what is coming, and set intentions to work with - while moving in and through the wonderful rhythms of nature, and the planetary alignments of pure potential.

The Solstice is a time where the veil between dimensions is thin. It is a time where we are more open and connected with the energies of the Earth.
By maintaining true alignment with Self and Source, we also increase the harmony on the planet. Thus creating a stronger field of compassion and LOVE to hold space for all during the transformation of human evolution.
We keep our vibration high not by attempting to be positive all the time, but by BEING TRUE TO OURSELVES.
*Our vibration hums the loudest, highest, most harmonious, and brightest, when we are true to how we feel, authentic, connected and accepting of who we are — flaws and all.*
Essentially, the levels of Light frequency on the planet are expanding. We are able to tap into higher levels of consciousness more than before.

WHAT TO BRING:
***BRING LOTS OF CUSHION*** pillows, blankets, camping mat/yoga mat. Don't be shy... People bring bags/bins full. You want to prepare a comfortable space for yourself.
If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing a pillow or bolster to place under your knees.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.
Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

Vali Soul Sanctuary is next to a lake. You will pull onto private property via a dirt road, and see plenty of parking. Please walk toward house along the sidewalk of flowers, plants, and trees.
Walk through archway made of rock until you come to a sitting area with fire pit. Entrance to sanctuary is on your left. You will see other people so follow them!
