The darkness has reached its height. From this point onward the days will lighten and lengthen and warmth will return to the Earth. The Winter Solstice is a time for reflection. A moment to pause and acknowledge all that we have experienced and all that we have learnt. It is also a time to look forward and set intentions and wishes for the oncoming cycle of the year.
.
Rest in the darkness and allow yourself to be bathed in the sound waves and vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls and grounding instruments and welcome in the dawn of the shortest day.
.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before you leave too!

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.
.
***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so please get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, have had recent surgery or trauma to the head for example).
.
If you have any metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc), please let me know as this just informs me of how much volume I can work with ***
.
Please contact me for more information about the session.

With thanks, Steph x
