MPORTANT NOTES1) With the fires still present and affecting many in Nova Scotia, we will be continuing to monitor the situation. This means that due to the location of the fire, the air quality, or otherwise, this event may get cancelled. If the event gets cancelled, all who have registered will be notified by email by the latest of the 12th.
2) Please remember to bring a mess kit - Kingswood does not have dishes for people to use. You will be responsible to bring your own mess kit, cups, and cutlery. A washing station is available outside of the kitchen for you to wash your dishes after meals.
Event Fees
With us going to Kingswood Camp for the first time, the Board is offering a further discount to what would be the standard rates.
PCing: The event pricing for this Bonus Event will be $70. If you opt into the meal plan, the cost is an additional $35.
First-Time PCing: The event fees are waived for first time players, so you will only need to pay the discounted camp fee of $10/day (total $20 for a short event). This is a one-time only discount, and does not include the meal plan. If you opt into the meal plan, the cost is an additional $35.
NPCing: As a reminder, NPCing is completely free of charge, however if you are able and willing to contribute to the meal plan, it would be greatly appreciated.
Season Pass Holders: Due to the cancellation of the Labour Day event, if you had opted to having the fees cover this Bonus event, the event pricing is covered through the Season Pass fee, along with the mealplan fee for this event only.
Meal Plan Details
Due to requirements for firm numbers for the meal plan, individuals will be assumed to be opting into the meal plan unless they register and specifically state they do not wish the meal plan in advance, with the deadline of September 10th. If you do not register by September 10th at 11:59pm, you will not be eligible to partake in the meal plan.
Cancelling Your Registration
As a reminder, if you find you must unregister from an event before preregistration is done, you can contact logistics for a full refund or credit towards your next event.
If during the lead up to the event if you happen to fall ill, ie after preregistration has ended, please let a member of logistics know and any non-food costs can be refunded or credited towards your next event if you would wish to stay home.
