Come join us for a morning of self-care and rejuvenation at our event. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your mental and physical health. This event is designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and prioritize self-care.We will be joined by Rachel, Owner and Instructor at Rebels & Dreamers Pilates Studio in Brightwater. Kate, Health & Fitness Expert here at Align, Debbie a Yoga Instructor and Nicky from She Thrives Counselling.
This event is designed to fill up your cup with movement, nourishing brunch, self-care daily practices for great mental health and physical movement and a restorative yoga session.
No experience is needed and is open for Men & Women.
Wear something warm and comfortable to move your body in.
Bring along a water bottle and a yoga mat (bolster and/or cushion), if you have them. We will have a few extra mats available.
Provided is a nourishing brunch of either yoghurt & granola or chia pudding both served with compote. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.
