Learn the art of flying indoors! Join us for a special session where you can learn how to make a walkalong glider and then take it surfing on a wave of air-levitating and controlling their flight.
The class will be led by Slater Harrison, the creator of ScienceToymaker.org. Many of you may know him a technology teacher but he has also worked as an engineer for small-scale village manufacturing projects in Bangladesh It was there that he learned to use creativity to solve problems when the tools and materials that he wanted were not readily available.
