Shadow work is the mindful practice of meeting the hidden or un-loved aspects of self with compassion. In this monthly workshop, Dr. Britnie Winter— Doctor of Metaphysics, High Priestess, Reiki Master— guides a quiet, structured exploration that begins with simple prompts and gradually deepens as your trust grows.
You’ll receive a minimalist journal and the first set of beginner-friendly prompts. Commit to the journey and you’ll gain access to a library of 300 + questions— each designed to help you understand, accept, integrate, and ultimately love every facet of your being.
