Welcome to Pole! will give you a more in depth introduction to pole dance with a “go at your own pace” energy. This workshop is designed for students that have been afraid to try a pole class or for current pole students looking to sharpen up their beginner skills. Even though pole is open to everyone of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, it can still be daunting to make the leap to try a class.
This hour and a half event will start with a warm up before moving into some pole basics and conditoning.Once you are feeling comfortable on the pole, participants will begin to learn beginner combinations and be introduced to floorwork
Towards the end of this workshop, Marissa will lead you through combinations of the techniques you have just learned, forming it into a lite choreography.

Finally, end the event vibing with your friends and practicing what you have learned.
