About this Event
Eliza Howell Park is an excellent place for birding! We will walk the park - paved, gravel and woods trails - looking for which birds are busy where, and to talk about tips on how to begin your birding journey. We'll probably spot some birds familiar to backyards, such as Robins and Blue Jays, and we'll also see how we do identifying some perhaps not so familiar birds, such as Cedar Waxwings and Gray Catbirds. Fall is a great time to get out and enjoy what nature has to offer!
We will meet a little more than halfway around the loop - near the colorful trail entrance to the woods.
Leaders: Mara Crawford and Kathy Garrett
