A full day of community activities and an inspiring evening celebration recognising the women stepping into new pathways of leadership and empowerment.

A dynamic, purpose-driven space where transformation comes to life:

• She Beasts CIC & Academy: empowering women to build careers and confidence in the fitness industry
• RSR Workshop: innovating in the bike and ATV community while offering hands-on apprenticeships
• Suspect Entertainment: championing culture, creativity, and the music industry

Together, these organisations unite under one roof with one shared mission:

Empowerment through transformation.

Info: We will be welcoming local women, young people, families and partners into the building for a day of engagement, movement, creativity and community connection.

To structure the flow of the day, we are proposing three bookable activity “Sprints”:

Across these sprints we will run:

Boxing session

Bounce session

Body Movement & Beats in the Music Studio

Guided tours of the building (Wellbeing Studio, Music Studio, Creative Spaces, HUB zones)

A mechanics demonstration (quads, bikes and workshop areas)
