During this blissful evening, experience a guided meditation to calm your mind, a sound immersion to soothe your body, and following an introspective exercise, a freeing fire ceremony. We embrace the balance of light and dark in our lives, shed the old, and set intentions for this energized & yet introspective time of year. You will emerge from this multi-sensory journey renewed, refreshed, and full of clarity!Willow Tree will provide yoga mats and meditation cushions; you are welcome to bring anything else to make yourself comfortable (perhaps a blanket?). Please wear comfortable clothing for the meditation and sound immersion, and come prepared for the weather as we will gather outside for the fire ceremony.
