About this Event
You are invited to our Welcome Evening! During this event, you will go on a guided walking tour of Eindhoven. Plus, you will get to meet other newly arrived expats who are living in the region. The event will end with a drink at LAB-1. Get to know Eindhoven and meet new people! There is no charge to attend, but registration is required.

Important: As of 25 September, the will apply to certain venues in the Netherlands, including LAB-1 where our Welcome Evening will take place.
- Everyone aged 13 and over will have to show a valid coronavirus entry pass to gain admission.
- Everyone aged 14 and over will also have to show their ID along with their coronavirus entry pass.
You can get a coronavirus entry pass if you are:
- Fully vaccinated, have valid proof of recovery or a negative result from a coronavirus test taken less than 24 hours before entry.
- For people without proof of vaccination or recovery, getting tested will remain free of charge.
You can generate a coronavirus entry pass using the on your mobile phone.
- With this app, you are able to prove you've been vaccinated, you’ve had corona or that you’ve recently tested negative for corona.
- You can use CoronaCheck to get access to certain places. And to travel to other countries.
If you have , you will need to register your vaccination.
- Make an appointment by calling +31 (0)30 800 2899.
- If other people in your family want to have their vaccination registered at the same time, you will need to make an appointment for each individual and you must all appear in person.
- You will need to go to Utrecht.
- If you are unable to go to Utrecht but wish to travel abroad or attend an event, you can generate a COVID Certificate for travel or a COVID Certificate to attend an event using proof of recovery or a negative test result.
