Our Workshop Aim: to connect you to childlike creative freedom - curiosity, openness, non-judgement and play. Using breathwork and large-scale art material, we connect to deeper layers of ourselves and our memories in a beautiful, safe container. This is about how the art FEELS, not how it looks. We encourage you to bring your little artist forward into your everyday life.
-You will enjoy a guided breathwork session, artful creation with your little artist in mind, and an invite to reflect, share and connect with others.
-A practice in emotionally connecting with breath and expressing yourself freely with shapes, lines, curves, and mark-making.
