When the timeout signal is called, the current player may finish their turn. All actions must stop after the turn ends and await resolution.
ใRESOLUTIONใ
โข The player with the higher Level loses the game.
โข If both players have the same Level, the player with more Clocks loses.
โข If both Level and Clock are the same, the match continues until a winner is decided.
โป This rule does not apply to the Final Swiss Round if both players are on a full win table.
