The CAL Wellness 4 Week Weight Loss Camp includes the following. We will share program related information, including daily goals, dietary patterns, meditation techniques and more. A lot of this information will also be shared in interactive video sessions at the start of every week for which recordings will be made available later for those who could not attend.

Every Sunday morning, we'll all get on a Zoom call and explain the coming week, share a health and wellness related module, take you through a guided meditation as well as answer any program related questions.

About your Coach

Sid Khullar is a holistic wellness coach who works with spirit, mind and body to accomplish desired outcomes. His total work experience exceeds 26 years. He has authored three books, two of them on wellness and is currently working on a fourth. Sid has also written and published over a million words on food and wellness and has been awarded for his efforts by the Indian Culinary Federation and also received an honorary Chef's diploma.


IF90 is his holistic protocol for wellness, the outcomes of which include the management of obesity, fatty liver and type 2 diabetes. The protocol includes elements of metabolic, spiritual and mental wellness. Towards researching and exploring the multi-faceted world of human well being, Sid has studied Nutrition, Physiology, Positive Psychology, Psychological First Aid, Exercise Science, NAFLD, Obesity, T2DM, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Music for wellness, Reiki and Pranic Healing. The IF90 community exceeds 30,000 participants.


In his past life, Sid went through a 14 year career in technology development from where he retired after heading software research and development for medical electrophysiological diagnostics. His guest lectures/talks include sessions at Management Faculty BHU, Archaeological Faculty MU and Amity University.
