About this Event
These yoga classes are a combination of 'Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga'. This means the focus lies on both breathing (Hatha) as well as transitioning from one position to the other fluently (Vinyasa). Yoga will help you to find your balance, strengthen your body, train your ability to focus and release any tension.
Yoga is a discipline that integrates all senses. This means that there are tons of benefits you can get from this amazing tool.
Everybody is welcome to join, no previous experience is needed!
Georgina's tips for the classes:
- Wear comfortable clothes
- 1 hour before the class it is recommended not to have a meal
- Feel free to bring your own mat/blanket. Where?
